Browser-based or Desktop Application

For your convenience, Techinline provides two options to run the Client or Expert application.
Both options are displayed on the application’s start page.

Browser-Based Application

Select this option if you expect to run Techinline on this computer in the future. This will allow you to avoid the downloading step when using Techinline on this computer again.

How it works: add Techinline’s extension to your browser by following simple instructions on the app start page. You may remove the Techinline extension from your browser at any time. Direct links for browser-based apps:

 

Desktop Application

Select this option if you do not expect to run Techinline on this computer in the future. Some clients may find it simpler to download and run the desktop application instead of adding a browser extension.

How it works: click a large, green button on the app start page and run the downloaded file. The application will be automatically deleted after the completion of your support session. You may also use the following direct links to run the desktop apps:
