 | Windows 7 Compatible, 64-bit Version To provide compatibility with Microsoft’s latest operating systems, Techinline is devoted to meeting the following requirements: - Full compatibility with Windows Resource Protection (WRP). WRP provides protection against replacement of critical files and folders that were installed as part of the operating system. Protection of those critical elements prevents failures within the operating system. As a result, your system and data will remain entirely protected, even in the case of software failure.
- Digitally Signed Application. Utilization of a digital signature allows for verification of the publisher of a specific file and helps ensure that the file has not been modified since it was digitally signed. Digital Signature is a Windows requirement and is fully supported by Techinline.
- User Account Control Support. During a support session, all User Access Control (UAC) prompts that appear on the remote computer are fully controllable by the support technician. This eliminates the need for the remote client to perform any accept/reject actions in response to UAC prompts.
Example: To run any program installation or software update, the user will be prompted to approve the action through the UAC dialog. With Techinline, these actions are entirely handled by the service technician. Note: In most cases, after installing or updating software, the computer’s reboot is required. You will be able to perform the reboot remotely with the help of Techinline's Remote Reboot and Reconnect feature. - Full 64-bit Support. Techinline is available in a 64-bit version which has the advantage of being significantly faster than the traditional 32-bit version due to its ability to handle larger quantities of random access memory (RAM). Techinline automatically detects which version to launch, and there are no extra steps involved in launching the 64-bit version vs the 32-bit version.
