Browser-Based Solution

Techinline is a browser-based application, which means that there is no need to download any software or program to establish a connection. This provides service technicians with the freedom of being able to provide client support from any location or computer in the world as long as they have access to the internet and a web-browser.

A client can receive support merely by launching a webpage to obtain a Client ID number. The standard support request page is techinline.net, however, technicians are also provided with the freedom of incorporating this page directly into the design of their own website to further simplify the connection process. The service technician simply logs onto a Techinline account at techinline.net/expert and waits for establishment of a remote session with the client via activation of the Client ID.
