2-Way Desktop Sharing

2-Way Desktop Sharing enables the Techinline service to find application for practically any task which requires not only viewing and taking control of the remote machine, but also sharing control of your own machine with the remote party.

The support specialist has the freedom to choose either a local or remote sharing operation upon establishing a connection to the remote user. To do this, the support specialist must select one of the four available buttons (Remote View, Remote Control, Local View, Local Control).

Screen sharing makes live presentations and online training sessions easier and more convenient than ever before. Simply begin the presentation on your computer, then observe what your client would like to share with you. Exchange control back and forth without losing the running connection, while also exchanging files and folders if needed.
