• Establish a secure connection. Be sure that security and confidentiality of sensitive data remain unharmed – absolutely no changes are made to the proxy or firewall configuration, and the connection can be established only with mutual consent and client intervention.
• Provide the best service to any client. Provide high-quality support to any client, including enterprises with highly protected corporate networks – Techinline’s performance will not be impacted by the proxy server or firewall environment.

Simply obtain the Client ID, click the Connect button in your Techinline account, and you will be automatically connected to the remote client, regardless of any security settings on the machine or network.
