 | Reporting Tool The session usage report is more than just plain text where one explains the volume of work performed. This feature may prove to be handy in situations where users on either end need to store information which can turn out to be important at any stage in the future. Once a connection to the remote computer is established, the session is logged. Now, the support specialist can begin to add important information to make the report more detailed and comprehensive. You have the ability to title each session and add any relevant notes which can be helpful for future analysis. As a result, you no longer need to keep separate logs about your connections and the work you have performed; this information is already stored in your Techinline account.
To obtain a report about conducted sessions, the support specialist must choose the desired date range. The generated report includes detailed information about all sessions which took place during this period. Each reported session contains the following information: - Title of session
- Session notes
- Start date and time
- End date and time
- Session duration
- IP address of the support specialist’s machine
- IP address of the customer’s machine
