 | Reporting Tool Keep track of all conducted support sessions with Techinline's indispensable reporting tool: - Enjoy automatic data collection. Avoid having to manually record session details each time that you connect to a client – all of the necessary information about conducted sessions is automatically logged by the Techinline service.
- Generate custom-built reports. Generate a report on sessions conducted during a selected period of time and sort information by different aspects, such as date or duration.
- Obtain detailed information. The report displays all of the details you may need for future reference: total number of connections, total session time, each session's duration, date, start and end time, client's and your IP addresses, Client ID, and any notes that you may have added during the session, such as its title or client's name.
- Export reports to PDF and Excel. You may publish the generated report to PDF or Excel formats, which is useful for issuing invoices or billing statements for your services to your clients.
Simply start a support session, and optionally input any additional vital information about the session into the Notes field. Techinline will automatically store all session-related information in the report for future reference. Generate an instant report on conducted sessions by specifying the date range in the My Account ->Session Usage Report section of the Techinline service – all sessions conducted during this time-period will be displayed.
