The session is completed after the Expert has disconnected from your computer. However, you can also stop the session yourself if needed.
To disconnect from the support session:
Click the Exit button in the Client Box (Active Session Status).

Click Exit
The session will be stopped and the Client Thank You! Form will appear.

Session is over
In the case of closing the browser window or the Remote Desktop Application, you will be also disconnected from the session.
To join a new support session:
If you want to obtain a new Client ID to join another session, click the Join Session button.

Click Join session
The Client Box (Pre-Session Status) with a new Client ID will appear. Join the new session.
