Managing Remote Session Options

You can manage the following options:

•Settings for viewing the Expert's remote desktop when the Expert has shared the view or control of their desktop with you:
oSpecify the quality of the remote desktop image
oSpecify how the remote desktop with a higher resolution should be displayed on your screen
•Clipboard synchronization when the Expert has shared control of their desktop with you.
•Choose the folder for the recorder video.

Changes will be applied immediately.
