Using Client Desktop Application

Client Desktop Application is a standalone program which does not require any installation and offers a simple way to use the Techinline service.

Desktop Client proves to be useful in the following situations:

You do not have the appropriate administrator rights for installing browser add-on components (which are otherwise required to run the service) on the computer.
You may find it inconvenient to install the browser add-on for any particular reason.
Your Web-browser does not support browser add-ons required to run a Remote Desktop session.

To run Desktop Client:

1.Go to: c.fixme.it.

Or launch the Techinline service for the first time in your web browser.

When you launch the service for the first time in Internet Explorer, your web browser will prompt you to install the add-on. Click the Run Desktop Application button to run the application without installing the add-on.

When you try to launch the service in Opera, your web browser will inform you that it does not support plugins required to run a remote session. Click the Run Desktop Application link in the browser window.

2.Download and run the Desktop Client based on your web browser:

 Press Run Desktop Application button in your browser.

Internet Explorer:

You will receive the following message: "Do you want to run or save TechinlineClient.exe (1.14 MB) from techinline.net?" Click the Run button on the information panel.

Firefox:
1.The Opening TechinlineClient.exe Dialog will appear. Click the Save File button.

2.Once Desktop Expert is downloaded, the Downloads Dialog will appear. Double-click the TechinlineClient.exe item.

3.The Open File - Security Warning Dialog will appear. Click the Run button.

Chrome:
1.After pressing the Run Desktop Application button, the TechinlineClient will be downloaded automatically.
2.Once Desktop Client is downloaded, double-click the TechinlineClient.exe item.
3.The Open File - Security Warning Dialog will appear. Click the Run button.

Opera:

Upon running the https://techinline.net/ link, you will be offered to run the application automatically. Press the Run button.

3.After downloading and running the Client Desktop Application, you can start working with the service.
