If you no longer need the Techinline Client browser add-on, you can uninstall the Client component. If you uninstall the Client component and then run the Techinline service as the Client, you will have to install the Client add-on again, or you can use the Client Desktop Application.
| 1. | Make sure Windows Explorer allows showing hidden files. This can be done by completing the following steps: |
Go to Windows Explorer main menu: Tools->Folder Options->View->Hidden files and folders => and select 'Show hidden files and folders'.
| 2. | Open the folder you have Mozilla Firefox installed to. Usually it is C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\. |
| 3. | Go to 'plugins' folder. |
| 4. | Remove the following Client object (right-click on a file and choose Delete from the context menu): TiClient*.*. |

| 2. | From the Tools menu, choose Add-ons. |
 Click Add-ons
| 3. | On the Extensions tab, select the Techinline Remote Desktop Client browser add-on and click the Uninstall button. |
 Click Uninstall
| 4. | The Uninstall Techinline Remote Desktop Client Dialog will appear. Click the Uninstall button to uninstall the browser add-on. |
 Click Uninstall
| 5. | The Add-ons window will appear. To complete your changes and continue working with Firefox, click the Restart Firefox button. |
 Click Restart Firefox

| 2. | Click the Firefox/Tools button on the browser toolbar. Choose Add-ons from the drop-down menu. |
 Click Add-ons
| 3. | The Add-ons Manager page will open. Choose the Extensions tab. |
 Click Extensions
| 4. | On the Extensions tab, click the Remove button next to the Techinline Remote Desktop Client item. |
 Click Remove
| 5. | You will receive the following message: "Techinline Remote Desktop Client has been removed". Click the Restart now link to complete your changes and continue working with Firefox. |
 Click Restart now

| 1. | Open the C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files folder. |
| 2. | Remove ClientPlugin Object (right-click the ClientPlugin Object item and choose Remove from the context menu). |
 Click Remove

| 2. | From the Tools menu, choose Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons. |
 Click Enable or Disable Add-ons
| 3. | The Manage Add-ons dialog box will appear. From the Show drop-down list, choose Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer. |
| 4. | Select the ClientPlugin Object and click the Delete button. |

| 2. | From the Tools menu, choose Manage Add-ons. |
 Click Manage Add-ons
| 3. | The Manage Add-ons dialog box will appear. From the Add-on Types list, choose Toolbars and Extensions. |
 Click Toolbars and Extensions
| 4. | Double-click the ClientPlugin Object. |
 Click ClientPlugin Object
| 5. | The More Information window will appear. Click the Remove all sites button to remove the add-on from all websites. |
 Click Remove all sites
| 6. | Click Close to complete the procedure. |

| 2. | Click the Tools button on the browser toolbar. Choose Manage add-ons from the drop-down menu. |
 Click Manage add-ons
| 3. | The Manage Add-ons Dialog will appear. From the Add-on Types list, select Toolbars and Extensions. |
 Click Toolbars and Extensions
| 4. | Double-click the ClientPlugin Object item. |
 Click ClientPlugin Object
| 5. | The More Information Dialog will appear. Click the Remove all sites button to remove the Techinline Remote Desktop Client add-on from all websites. |
 Click Remove all sites
| 6. | Click the Close button to close the dialog and complete your changes. |
