Using Tools

If the Expert has shared view or control of their desktop with you, you may use the following handy tools:

 

•The CTRL+ALT+DEL button runs this command on the remote computer

 

•The Pencil tool allows you to draw objects on the remote desktop

 

•The Laser Pointer tool allows you to highlight a region on the remote desktop

 

•The Magnifier tool allows you to zoom into a portion of the remote desktop to view it in actual size

 

•The Session Video Recording tool allows you to capture video of your remote desktop session

 

•The Multi-Display tool allows to view one or several displays in the Remote Desktop Control
