You can keep track of all remote sessions and provide information output on all sessions conducted during the selected period of time, as well as export your report to MS Excel (.xls), MS Word (.doc) or PDF file.
To obtain a report of conducted sessions:
The Expert Main Form (Pre-Session Status)
The My Account Form
Note. The My Account tab may also be accessed during a support session when you are connected to the Client.

The Session Usage Report Section will open.

|4.||Specify the time period for generating the report:|
|•||To specify the start date, click the button near the From Date field and choose a date from the calendar.|
|•||To specify the end date, click the button near the To Date field and choose a date from the calendar.|
|5.||Click the Run Report button.|

The Session Usage Report will be generated:

|•||The Usage Summary section displays the total Number Of Connections and Total Time.|
|•||The Usage Details section displays the following details about each session conducted during the selected time period:|
|o||Displays the number of the current report page.|
|o||Displays the total number of report pages.|
Note. You are able to sort the Usage Details by clicking on the column you want to sort your report by:
Note. A session refers to an actual connection between the Expert and the Client, using his/her Client ID number. Simply logging into your Techinline account does not classify as a session, and therefore such operations are not reflected in the Sessions Usage Report.
To navigate between report pages:
Use the navigation bar:
|•||Click on the page you want to go to ().|
To export the generated report to MS Excel (.xls), MS Word (.doc) or PDF format:
|1.||From the Export list, select the format to which you would like to export the report:|
|•||To export the report to the MS Excel (.xls) file (which can be printed or edited), select Excel.|
|•||To export the report to the PDF file (which can be printed), select PDF.|
|•||To export the report to the MS Word (.doc) file (which can be printed or edited), select Word.|
|2.||The report will be exported to the specified format and will be opened:|
|•||If you selected Excel, the report will be opened in MS Excel.|
|•||If you selected PDF, the report will be opened in Acrobat.|
|•||If you selected Word, the report will be opened in MS Word.|
Each of these formats allows you to print the report. The MS Excel and Word formats can be used to edit the report.
