You can interact with the during the session via our built-in text chat (Chat Panel).
To use text chat:
The Client Box (Active Session Status): a support session has been established
The Client's Chat Panel
|•||Write your message to the Expert in the Send Messages Panel.|
|•||To add a new line, press SHIFT-ENTER.|
|•||To send the written message, click the Send button or press ENTER.|
|•||Your chat messages and the Expert's messages are displayed in the Chat Board. The typing status message appears when the Expert is typing you a message.|
