To be able to establish a session with the Client, manage session options, generate reports on sessions, view your Expert Account information, edit your Expert Profile, and customize the Client Page, you must first launch the Techinline Remote Desktop service as the Expert.
To launch the Techinline Remote Desktop service as the Expert:
|1.||Open your Web-browser.|

Note. If your browser is incompatible with the Techinline service, you will be asked to use the Expert Desktop Application.
|3.||In the Username field, enter your Techinline username (the email address that was used to register your Techinline account).|

|4.||In the Password field, enter your Techinline password.|

Note. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot password? link to retrieve the password. If you do not have a registered Techinline Remote Desktop account, purchase a license at https://techinline.com/BuyNow or click the Get a free 15-day trial account link to register a free trial account.
|5.||If needed, check the Remember me on this computer checkbox to remember your Techinline login details (username and password) on the current computer.|
|6.||Click the Log in button.|
Click Log in
The service will be launched and the Expert Main Form (Pre-Session Status) will appear. You will receive the following message: "Welcome to Techinline Remote Desktop!"

Note. If you launch the service for the first time, your Web-browser will ask you to install the browser add-on. You need to have appropriate administrative rights for installing browser add-on components on the computer. If you do not have such rights or you would like to avoid installing the browser add-on for any particular reason, you can use Expert Desktop Application.
