While offering technical support or any other form of assistance to a Client, you can perform the following operations:

Remotely view the Client's desktop.
Remotely view the Client's desktop and control their mouse and keyboard.
Remotely restart the Client's computer and automatically resume the support session.
Restart the Client as Windows system service.
Manage Unattended computers.
Install Client Application to a Remote Computer.
Allow the Client to remotely view your desktop.
Allow the Client to remotely view your desktop and control your mouse and keyboard.
Transfer folders, files, and text from the local computer to the remote computer, and vice versa.
Interact with the Client via built-in text chat
Record Video of the Support Session.
Editing Support Session notes.
