Restart the Client as Windows system service option allows you to perform all Administrative tasks when the Client application has been started without administrative rights.
To restart the Client as Windows system service:
| 1. | Connect to the Client's computer and start the support session. The Expert Main Form (Active Session Status) will appear. |

Note: You may receive this message if the Client without administrative rights is running on an OS prior to Windows Vista or User Access Control is switched off.

| 2. | Click on the link Restart the Client as a Windows service. |

Depending on the Client's rights and computer configuration, Restart as a windows service will be executed in one of the following ways:

If the Client allows this operation and clicks the Yes button, you will receive:
If the Client denies this operation and clicks the Cancel button, you will receive:

When the Client does not have Administrative rights:
The system prompts you for Credentials to restart the Client as a Windows service.
The credentials can be provided in one of the following ways:
Note: If the User Access Control is disabled on the remote system, the Client application will be restarted with provided credentials without the Client's confirmation.
