Editing Support Session Notes

You may create detailed notes about each support session. The notes are then stored in your Session Usage Report.

To specify the support session notes during the support session:

1.Connect to the Client's computer and start the support session. The Expert Main Form (Active Session Status) will appear.

2.Click the Session Notes button (). The Support Session Details Dialog will appear.

3.Enter the Name of the Client and Notes, then press the Save button.

 

 

To edit support session notes after the support session has ended:

After the support session has ended, the Edit details link will appear in the Chat Panel.

Click on the Edit details link to view and edit support session details.

 

Note. When the Expert Desktop application is closed, you will no longer be able to modify support session details of the completed support session
