The Unattended Clients form allows you to manage unattended computers and initiate the Unattended Support Session.

The Unattended Clients Form consists of the following elements:

Delete button:

The Delete button revokes Unattended Access to the remote machine and uninstalls the Unattended Client from the remote machine.

 

Edit button:
The Edit button allows to edit the Name and Group of Unattended Computer.
Computer Status:

This field displays the status of the remote computer.

Unattended Computer status

Description

The remote machine is up and running and ready for an Unattended connection

The remote machine is switched off or unavailable

The remote machine is already connected to the current Expert session

 

Connect Button:

The Connect button allows you to establish an Unattended Support Connection with the corresponding computer.

Tabs:
oHome Tab. When you are not connected to the Client, this tab opens the Expert Main Form (Pre-Session Status). During a support session, this tab opens the Expert Main Form (Active Session Status).
oMy Account Tab. This tab opens the My Account Form which allows you to manage your Techinline account.
oUnattended Clients Tab. This tab opens the Unattended Clients Form which allows you to manage your Unattended clients.
oSupport Tab. This tab opens the Support Form which allows you to contact Techinline's support department.
Filter:
oThe Status filter allows you to filter items in the list based by Status field.
oThe Computer Name filter allows you to filter items in the list by Computer Name.
Buttons:
oThe Refresh button updates all information in the list.
oThe Show Groups button shows the Group Name field of Unattended Computers and allows sorting them by Group Name.
oThe Hide Groups button hides the Group Name field of Unattended Computers.
oThe Group Sort button changes the group sorting order.
oThe Expand All button expands all groups in the Unattended Computer list.
oThe Collapse All button collapses all groups in the Unattended Computer list.
oThe Back Arrow button () opens the My Account Form which allows you to manage your Techinline account.
oThe Get Context Help button () opens context sensitive help that is related to the current context.
oThe End Session button () finishes work with the Techinline service. The Expert Log In Form will appear.
Version number shows the current version of your Techinline Remote Desktop service.
