How it works

Techinline Remote Desktop service combines all the advantages of a modern remote access solution with unsurpassed ease of use. Both parties are saved from complicated setup procedures and sophisticated login processes. All user operations are simple, and won't even confuse an inexperienced person. The advantage of getting connected in a few seconds enables communication to start almost immediately.

The idea of the service is simple: one person can run a remote access session, and the others can connect to it on demand:

Start a remote desktop session.
Open techinline.net/expert in your browser.
Direct your customer to techinline.net website.
When the customer opens techinline.net website he/she gets a Client ID number.
Connect the customer to your session.
Enter the Client ID and click the 'Connect Client' button.
The way you and your customer will be connected is chosen by you - you can request view-only access to the customer's desktop or full control access; or you may decide to share your own desktop with the customer - all these options can be chosen within the main service screen that you get after logging in.

The connection itself is a bidirectional, secure, encrypted data transfer, which relies on the Techinline Remoting technology. All visual and contol data is encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption and is transmitted via secure HTTPS protocol, which is a recognized standard for sensitive data transfer over the web. On the user side, the service is backed up by Web-Browser addons, which come signed by Comodo authority and are automatically installed in a way common to any standard Web-Browser addon.

Users get a windowed or full screen display of the remote desktop along with the control over the mouse and keyboard, which resembles phsycially working in front of the remote user's desktop. The service can adapt to the current network connection bandwidth between the two users, so even a dial-up connection on both sides won't make it painful to use.
