Log into your account
This is done by launching techinline.net/expert in your browser

Wait for Client to provide you with 6-digit Client ID number
Client needs to go to techinline.net where a 6-digit number will be displayed

Start session with Client
Input Client ID Number provided by the Client into the corresponding field in your account, and click the Connect button

Client can launch techinline.net in their browser, or be directed through a link on your site. Client ID is used to identify and connect the remote computer to a session.

You are now connected to the Client and are ready to perform the preferred operation!
